Shimano Tribal Stalker STC Rods, This 4 piece rod is ideal for the opportunist angler. The short transport length and the rod case means that this rod can be easily stored made up in the boot of a car. The XT60 carbon blank has understated cosmetics, Shimano SiC guides, 3K strengthening carbon weave and a hook keeper for easy transport when stalking.

Shimano Tribal Carp Stalker Rods, These short 9ft rods are perfect for close range stalking in heavy bank side cover and feature lots of raw power to control big carp when fishing close to snags. The Biofibre added to the HPC 100 carbon blanks ensure these rods are up to the most extreme hook and hold situations. Two versions are available, The Longcast version (TLCS9) is a four sectioned rod with a short transport length and a slightly modified action for casting to seen fish that may be away from the margins. The standard (TCS9) version is a two piece rod with parabolic action.

High Pressure Carbon: During the heating process of any rod or pole the resin can be pushed to the surface of the blank which may cause an uneven distribution, resulting in weak spots. With High Pressure Carbon (HPC), pressure is applied to the blank during the heating process, forcing the resin to remain inside and ensuring an even spread. The result is amazing, creating a blank which can be up to 40% stronger than blanks made without HPC. Biofibre: Adding Biofibre reinforces the carbon fibres in all directions. This gives outstanding strength, shock resistance, lightness and power.
