Getting your order to you as promptly as possible is of great importance to TackleTarts and we endeavor to make sure that our sellers use the fastest shipping available and where possible always provide a tracking link via email/SMS
As a marketplace, we leave it up to our sellers to decide how they ship their orders. However, for large items, the majority of the sellers use next-day delivery tracked and recorded, and for smaller items services like Royal Mail or Evri.
We publish estimated delivery dates on the product pages as an indication as to when you will receive your order. The majority of the time these are very accurate, however, they are not guarantees as to when you will take delivery of your tackle. There could be delays by the courier, or delays by the seller dispatching your order. These are out of our control
The cutoff time for same-day dispatch is 12pm for most sellers, this means you can order before 12pm on weekdays and get your parcel the next working day. Orders made on Saturday before 12pm might not be dispatched until Monday, so please bear this in mind
In all cases we strongly encourage the seller to add tracking information to the order, these will be emailed to you for your own tracking purposes
If you require your order to be left in a certain place or to be delivered on a certain day, please state so in the delivery/comments information box at the checkout.
We do not call delivery companies for you, and we encourage you to reach out to them if there has been a delay with the tracking number for more precise updates
