What Is It?
The TackleTarts Guarantee is a simple guarantee that protects customers' purchases against orders not arriving, arriving damaged or arriving with items missing/wrong items.

In addition to this guarantee, almost all purchases on TackleTarts are without problems, we liaise regularly with the tackle shops who sell on TackleTarts so as to maintain a high level of customer service. We also monitor their performance in terms of dispatch and delivery rates as well as how quickly they resolve customer inquiries.
What you are protected against:
- If the order didn’t arrive
- If any items arrive damaged
- If items from the order are missing
If you have experienced any of the above, the fastest way to resolve it is to log into your “my orders” within your account, select the corresponding item(s) and send a message to the tackle shop (see here for instructions). If you do not hear anything back from them after 2 working days (which is highly unlikely), you can add TackleTarts to the conversation for us to resolve.
- My Order Didn’t Arrive
The seller will need to provide evidence in the form of tracking saying that it has been delivered. If it has not been delivered then you are liable for a refund/replacement
- Item(s) Arrived Damaged
Please attach photographic evidence when you send a message to the tackle shop. Any damaged items must be refunded/replaced.
- Item(s) Missing From Order
If items are missing then the tackle shop must send them out as soon as is reasonably possible UNLESS they can prove the items were included.
What if you don’t want your order?
If you change your mind before the item is shipped you can request to cancel the order. If you want to return item(s) after they have been delivered then please submit a return request within your account.
The cost of return is paid by yourself, it’s worth asking the tackle shop whether they can offer any preferred rate for larger items through their logistics partner.
Changed mind - 14 days of receiving the goods
Return due to fault - 30 days of receiving the goods
These are legal distance selling requirements, but it’s always worth reaching out to the tackle shop outside of these timeframes as they are all reasonable and are willing to help

What if my product breaks outside of the 30 days
If you have an issue with a product outside of the first 30 days, then the first course of action is to message the seller to see if it is still under warranty. If it isn't, then it is sometimes worth contacting the manufacturer directly, TackleTarts will be able to assist you, but we will not be able to enforce an automatic refund outside of the first 30 days
