Order Support

All order support is accessed through your account

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

An Account is automatically created for you when you check out and a link sent to your registered email address to confirm it.

If you did not confirm your account then you will need to search your emails for an email with the subject title "TackleTarts: Please Confirm Your Account For Order Support" and click on the link provided.

After you are signed in visit the "Orders & Returns" link in the account menu, or follow this link here.

In your orders tab you can get support for any of your past orders. 

 

 

HOW TO GET ORDER SUPPORT

1. Click on the order details for the order you need help with

 

This will take you to a screen where you can choose the reason you need support, fill out the box below it and send the request in

 

This sends a message to the seller of the product and they have 48 hours in which to reply. 

You can always view the message in the "Messages" tab. Replies from the seller will appear there and you will be notified by email when a reply comes in.

WHAT IF THE SELLER DOESN'T REPLY?

If the seller has not responded within 2 working days you have the option to "ESCALATE TO TACKLETARTS". This option will appear in the chat history. By clicking this and asking for our help we will be able to see the full communication chain and provide a rapid resolution

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

You can request to cancel an order or item if the seller has not dispatched the order yet. Click on the "CANCEL ORDER" button and follow the instructions. You will have the option to either cancel the entire order, to cancel individual items within the order.
