Perfect light weight scoop net. Not very suitable for trout over 20 inches. A rainbow I caught was very nearly able to leap out. Didn't though.
Basically I love the magnetic handle and the net is very protective of the fish.

Got a chance to use this net fly fishing for wild brown trout. It was a delight. Lightweight and easy to carry. The magnet is strong and secure but could be pulled free to scoop that fish without trouble. The handle was comfortable and slip free . The net was big enough to accommodate some sizable trout. Just perfect for wading and scooping in the river. Great price. I can't see what extra other higher priced scoop nets could provide.
