Updated and re-engineered to ensure that it can cope with all the strains and stresses of modern carp fishingthis brand new bivvy features tonnes of benefits that have been previously unseen on pram-hood style shelters. Howeverit also boasts all the best features of the previous Trakker Armo Bivvy. One such feature is its ultra-speedy setup and both the one man and two man versions of the new Armo Bivvy set up in the same way as the classic. Firstlylay out the groundsheet in the position you want the bivvy. You then lay the bivvy out over top of itpushing together the ribs in order to give the bivvy its structure. Attaching the base of the bivvy to the groundsheet tensions the outfitready for you to pull the front of the bivvy forward in a pram-hood style. This immediately erects the bivvyso all that is left for you to do is to peg it down. It really is that simple! The Trakker Armo Bivvy comes supplied with its own tension bars. These have been specially designed for the Trakker Armo and they interlock with the main ribs in order to ensure that you never experience any bivvy sagging. All of the poles throughout the bivvy have been re-designed and upgraded from the original Armo. This means that not only do they now have a classy powder coated finish but they are also stronger than ever before ensuring that you can enjoy a lifetime of shelter from your bivvy. Another of the upgraded features is the main fabric of the bivvy. Trakker only ever use Aquatexx when constructing their bivvies and this is the first bivvy in the Trakker range to benefit from the new Aquatexx fabric. Aquatexx is a high performance fabric which has been designed with angling in mind and it can withstand even the most torrential of downpours without leaking a drop. The water simply beads off itkeeping you bone dry all day and all night. The Trakker Armo Bivvy also boasts a large storm peak. This provides additional shelter from the elements and prevents driving rain from hammering down onto the door area of your bivvy. This door area features dual zippingensuring that you can create a letter box opening should the conditions be really dire. When the rain is bucketing down and the wind is howling you can sit in your Armo Bivvy safe and drystill enjoying a panoramic view over your rods. The door also comes with a clear window optionallowing light into the bivvy whilst also blocking out the entirety of the elements. Velcroed and zipped mozzie mesh vents in front and rear of the bivvy ensure that the Trakker Armo doesn't only perform in the most miserable conditions. It is also the perfect shelter solutions for those balmy sunny daysand the front and rear vents ensure that you can experience a cooling air flow through the shelter when the sun is beating down. The new Trakker Armo Bivvy also boasts twin rod retainer strapsallowing you to secure your carp rods securely whilst you rig up between takes.
