JRC STI Twin Skin MK2 Bivvy,
One of many incredible products in the STI range, this Mk2 Twin Skin Bivvy from JRC has been indoctrinated into the halls of legends. Available in both one man and two man sizes, this bivvy features a classic pram hood frame constructed from ultra-light and super strong 6061 aerospace aluminium. With a 10,000mm hydrostatic waterproof skin outer and a mesh inner with an additional 10,000mm hyrdrostatic waterproof nylon cover, this bivvy will keep you dry and condensation free in even the most torrential of downpours. The twin skin design has, rather aptly, dual benefits. Firstly, the twin skin ensures that you won't experience any issues with condensation, keeping you warmer in the winter months. Secondly, the twin skin actually helps to keep the bivvy cool in the summer as it resists the Ëœoven' effect which can occur when your bivvy has spent a day baking under the blistering heat of midsummer sun. The mesh inner skin also offers full ventilation, which is especially pleasant on a muggy summer evening by the bank. The front panel also completely folds backs, revealing an inner mozzie mesh door. This again allows for increased ventilation, whilst the fine mesh reduces the risk of insects joining you in your bivvy at night. The bivvy also comes with its own heavy duty groundsheet, ensuring you stay dry no matter the conditions. The JRC STI Twin Skin Mk2 has a unique squared footprint. This maximises internal space, accommodating even the largest bedchairs for the most robust of anglers, whilst also providing additional stability in high winds. Stability is further aided by the high-grade heavy duty pages and additional frame supports, which are also supplied with the bivvy as standard. The one man bivvy has the following dimensions: Depth 250cm, Width 270cm, Height 130cm, Weight 13kg. The two man bivvy has the following dimensions: Depth 280cm, Width 305cm, Height 145cm, Weight 15kg. If you're in the market for a superior quality bivvy then you need look no further than the JRC STI Twin Skin Bivvy Mk2!
