Aqua Products founder Chris Manifold created the brand back in 1990 and it is now known as the premier brand for high quality bivvies. Aqua also produces an outstanding range of luggage and fish care products.
The Atom Plus is a fishing shelter on the larger size for anglers who travel light on the bank and keep on the move but want enough room for all their luggage and gear. This ground-breaking Atom bivvy is measured using the 100 size scheme which is equivalent to a 1 man bivvy size, perfect for one bedchair. Measuring at 265cm (W) x 167cm (D) x 115cm (h), the bivvy sports a compact footprint so as little damage to the bankside as possible occurs during your stay.
Made from performance grade Aquatexx, the Atom Plus is built around a five break, twin rib design, offering a fully functional, lightweight shelter structure. The Pre-formed rigid aluminium poles come in two pieces for easy construction and have an exceptionally compact pack downsize of just 78cm x 21cm x 21cm.
When it comes to the bivvy entrance there is a twin zipped door with tie backs and a front door canopy (this requires storm poles) for extra shelter space. There is a single rear vent to let all condensed air out and keep a breeze coming into your sleeping space.Within the design of the Atom plus there is a heavy-duty groundsheet you can make sure the interior of your home away from home is kept clean and dry.
If that was not enough, the Aqua shelter comes with Auger point pegs, Brass stormpole attachments, tension straps and an Aquatexx carry case. With a bivvy weight of just 6.3kg and total package weight of 8.2kg, the Atom Plus is a must-have add on to that fishing barrow.
