We have invested in new tooling and a an impressive new durable speed controlled. The following features are all brand new: New custom made smart led waterproof durable speed controller. New extra strength laser cut front axle supports. Clip on inner bags with straps. New extra torque 30;1 drive ratio gearbox. This is bespoke to us and gives high torque at low speed. New ip68 waterproof quick lock connector system. New roller bearing cage system enclosing drive axle maintenance free. As well as above 24v features the following unique features: Custom programmed software for soft start and slow reverse feature. Precision machined axle and hubs with disconnect drive feature for freewheeling. High torque gearbox designed for a wheelbarrow high torque low speed. We do not use hub motors which give low torque high speed suitable for a bicycle! Automatic fuse protection safety system. New quick charge charger with led charge system. All electrics UK made and individually sealed against water ingress and tested before leaving factory. Easily folding with removable front axle assembly for easy storage. All powerporters compatible with extensive parts catalogue and class leading luggage selection. Each barrow tested for tracking in factory. Your assurance of reliability is based on our hard earnt experience over 15 years combined with UK parts in all the important components. Designed to draw less current than a normal 12v and give more torque and power on the most demanding terrain. Both batteries contained in a single bag and charging is via a single plug-in lead. No need to remove batteries. We do not use golf trolley motors and do not confuse with any inferior product that is not a powerporter. Each electric drive unit is tested by immersion in water and we can offer a full 2-year guarantee. The gearbox has been totally designed to our specification after constant testing. some of our customers have purchased lithium-ion batteries as replacements to their original batteries. Most of these lithium-ion batteries are made in China. They are very poor quality and dangerous. Use of these batteries invalidates the warranty and is dangerous. There is a risk of explosion or fire.
