All B.A.T.s are factory packed at the lowest 8mm setting. Legs will be fully retracted with the dial markers at the 12 o'clock position (see diagram). To raise table for larger diameter sausages turn dials anti-clockwise. Every click raises the table by approximately 1mm. For example, two clicks for 10mm, 4 clicks for 12mm baits and so on.

Fine Tuning

As already mentioned some mixes have a tendency to expand at the sausage stage and this can affect the roundness of the finished bait. Your B.A.T. is provided with intermediate settings specifically for this problem. Simply turn dials clockwise one click from required setting. For example if you want 20mm baits try the 19mm setting on these mixes. Happy Rolling
