How do I contact a seller?

If you need to contact a seller regarding an order, this is done through your customer account. If you did not create an account at checkout, you can still do this by following these instructions.

Once you have access to your account, you can contact the seller through the "Orders and Returns" tab



Choose the product/order you have an issue with an click "ORDER SUPPORT". This will take you through to the order support page where you can send a message directly to the seller.

All messages you send and receive are visible in the "Messages" tab

The seller has 2 working days to reply to you, if not you can add TackleTarts to the conversation and we can assist in either resolving or refunding you
