JAG Sharpening Kit, The JAG Sharpening Kit is a great new kit that combines all the essentials that you need to have the best hooks possible. The kit includes, 1 JAG Hook Sharpening Stones, JAG Hook Sharpening & Bits Pouch, 1 JAG SP Vice, 1 JAG Ultra Eye, 1 JAG SP Max File, 1 JAG The Solution Pen. The kit comes in 2 colours, Green or Camo. JAG Hook Sharpening Stones, An ULTRA sharp hook is one of the biggest edges in modern specimen angling. It takes practice to sharpen hooks to perfection, but the biggest hurdle anglers face is inadequate tools for the job. This is why JAG Products have developed the SP (surgical point) Stones in 2 different grades. Used in conjunction with JAGs Ultra Eye, hook points can be sharpened to a level far superior to ANY hook straight from the pack. Medium grade. Ideal abrasive for general sharpening. Fine grade. Perfect abrasive for smaller hooks or final honing. JAG Hook Sharpening & Bits Pouch, Designed to neatly house the complete JAG hook sharpening range. Double zipped, fully padded and made in England. The pouch is also the perfect size to safely store Polaroid glasses and is also ideal as a lead/bits pouch. JAG SP Vice, Purpose designed for precision hook sharpening, the SP Vice securely clamps any hook pattern and size. A large top surface acts as a guide for the JAG range of files and stones, this enables perfectly honed faces of the hook point. All hook sizes can be clamped very low in the vice to reduce push off when filing and honing hook points. The head of the SP Vice is precision machined by JAG in England from solid stainless steel. The handle is machined from lightweight aluminium which has been designed to house a set of SP Stones to keep them safe and at hand whilst saving space. JAG Ultra Eye, Giving 20x magnification, the Ultra Eye is extremely important in sharpening truly perfect hook points. When mastering the art of precision hook sharpening, the ability to see the results up close makes a huge difference. Compact design for easy storage and lens protection. JAG SP Max File, The SP Max File has reduced hook sharpening time by up to 75% due to increased metal removal. Use the file to sharpen the three sides of the hook before a final hone with SP Stones. Manufactured to JAGs exact specification by a world leading Swiss Jewellery file manufacturer, the SP Max file has a unique cut grade, compact size and special safety edges that avoids damaging the SP Vice. JAG The Solution Pen, Eliminates the only downside to hook sharpening rust. Simply apply a thin coat around the sharpened hook point to eliminate/slow down corrosion. The four natural colours can also be used to camouflage hooklinks, tubing, swivels etc. Dry and odourless in 60 seconds. Manufactured using only ingredients that are 100% safe to aquatic life. Sold in packs of 2 different colours.
