I have always rated Korum products as being superb in quality-and this jacket is really nice to wear, with a medium size? it is a true fit for a medium, as I have been selling men's and womens clothes for years and I know the correct size for a medium which is a 38" to a 40". So comfortable. Seems to stop the wind getting through as well. Think it should be waterproof as described. Tempted to buy another as the quality is that good.
