What if the item is not in stock with the seller?
Stock accuracy is very important for us at TackleTarts as we all know the feeling of purchasing something and then being told it is out of stock! We do everything we can to make sure that what is represented on the site is correct at the time of purchase.
We achieve this by linking up directly with each of our tackle shop's stock systems, which gives us a near real-time update of their inventory. However, in rare instances, this can be incorrect. This could be due to someone can be walking around their shop with it in their basket and not purchased it yet, or discrepancies with their inventory levels.
In the case of this happening, the seller will contact you through your messages to ask whether you want a refund or if you would like to wait for the item to come back in stock again.
