After the release of the Tempest Air and Tempest Air V2,?Trakker?were inundated with requests to release a wrap. The original Tempest Air bivvies are both open fronted, which is ideal for summer and intermediate seasonal fishing. With the Trakker Tempest Air Wrap, you can transform this open fronted shelter into an all-season twin skinned bivvy perfect for year-round?carp fishing.

Designed to fit both the Tempest Air and the Tempest Air V2, with this winter-skin you can upgrade your outfit and spend nights on the bank no matter the weather. This is perfect for the angler who doesn't want to be restricted by the elements when deciding whether or not to head down to the bank and it really does allow you to make the most of your angling no matter the season. However, the flexibility to fish no matter the season is just the first of the many benefits the Tempest Air Wrap can provide to Tempest Air users. If you're someone who regularly spends nights in a single skin bivvy then you'll be more than aware of the issues that a build in condensation can cause. Nothing is worse than being woken by a steady drip from the roof of your shelter, especially if that dripping is coming from your own condensation. Adding a second skin to your bivvy practically eliminates the risk of condensation forming, ensuring that your bivvy can do its job (keeping you dry and warm). The front on the bivvy wrap also greatly helps to increase the heat retention in the bivvy. By preventing cool air to enter the open front of bivvy whilst, at the same time, preventing the warm air from escaping, you can enjoy a shelter that not only protects you from the elements but also traps heat. This helps to keep you warmer for longer allowing you to spend more time on the bank.

As with all high quality Trakker products, the Tempest Air Wrap is manufactured from Aquatexx material. This is Trakker's bespoke waterproof material which offers unbeatable breathability combined with an impressive hydrostatic head which needs to be experienced to be believed. Even the heaviest rainfall will simply bead from the skin of the bivvy, ensuring that you're kept bone dry underneath. The door on the Trakker Tempest Air Wrap is operated on a double zip function. This means that you can use in a wide variety of ways fully closed and zipped down to the floor, fully open and rolle dup out of the way, or in a letter box manner. Whether its blowing a gale and you want to be fully sheltered, it's a glorious day and you want a full view over your swim, or it's somewhere in the middle and you want the best of both worlds, you can tailor your bivvy to you needs with the Trakker Tempest Air Wrap. As an added bonus, the bivvy wrap also comes with a mozzie mesh window option and by simply zipping back the first layer of the door you can expose the mozzie mesh fabric. This allows you to enjoy a cooling breeze whilst still being protected from the nibbles of bankside nasties. With two Velcro rod retainers on either side of the door you can secure your?carp rods?whilst you make rig adjustments, too.
